Webafrica please answer tickets?

They don't monitor this sub forum at all. I suggest posting this under the ADSL forum and not mention your problem is with hosting just so they're forced to check
 
They don't monitor the phone, tickets, live chat or emails either. 36hrs and counting. Hosting support in 2000 was better than this
 
Did you get an answer? It would appear that most hosting companies are full of **** these days. The only way you can really be in control is if you get your own hardware or at least something in the cloud with a company that gives you the resources they advertise and you pay for.
