I have signed up for with webafrica and bought some prepaid gigs.
The thing is when I log on with the webafrica account I cannot visit any other websites.


What gives?

most likely you are on saix backbone ..... and the @%#@%@ are down again with their dns's

Well it only rocks when it aint slow as hell, and thats been the case more often than not lately.

that depends on how you use the network and how you manage to use the effectivenes of it


i get nothing less then 25kb most of the time during the day and at night it maxes out on 61KB

Well then you're lucky, cos sometimes during the day I get a max of 6kb, and IMO, if my line speed is 512, even 25kb is unacceptable.

Pop me your client code and I'll take a look. Also make sure you disconnect and reconnect the modem so that it puts you on the uncapped IP range.

If there is 0 bytes showing in the client area under your preaid then the transaction has failed, most like bank error.

Either way let me know and we'll fix you up.

Well it was a bank link error, but it is fixed now.
