Webafrica price question

I've just become confused about something.

I have a complete package with Webafrica - 384kbps 5Gb. I started on a 3Gb package at R340 per month at the beginning of last year and soon realised that I needed more bandwidth so I upgraded to 5Gb.

I've just realised that I've still been paying R340 per month for like the last year. The statements all say 3Gb package etc, R340, and then in the following line, Shaped 5Gb less 100% discount. And the total is R340.00. Top-ups are at R70 per Gig, but as far as I can tell, I'm paying (less line rental) R188 per month for 5Gbs which works out at R37.60 per Gig.

What's up with this? Is it a WA glitch? And if so, I hope they don't read this...

BTW, I've checked my Telkom statements and I'm definitely not paying an adsl line rental on those...
