WebAfrica Recharge Problem

I'm trying to recharge my WA account with a R45 recharge voucher but it's status remains 'awaiting approval'. The last time I recharged was a few days ago and it worked flawlessly and instantly. Is anyone else experiencing problems with any of their services?

I've also tried phoning their support line but it's been telling me 'Your call is now first in line' for +-10 minutes now. I've tried getting through to sales and support but it's the same story with both departments.
 
I tried for a 3rd time and got through to their sales department instantly who were able to assist me. They're experiencing high call volumes on dsl support which is odd since I was first in line for well over 15 minutes; wonder how many staff are on shift then :) There's a problem with the recharge billing service causing delays on payments, so the billing department was able to manually process it and activate the payment.
