Usually when I buy something from webafrica and send through a proof of payment, they activate it immediately. I have done this before many times and it does say on their website they have 24 hour support.

I have been waiting for a response and have sent an additional support ticket.... grumblegrumble.

I reckon the issue at hand gives me ample reason to give our customers a slight peek into one of our bigger projects being driven to release by our developers at present.

Soon enough we will be giving our customers as well as ourselves more power surrounding just your ordinary proof of payment.
We will be releasing a brand new "Proof of Payment Logger" system, which will enable customers as well as ourselves to upload Proof of payments (via both the client service area and our internal system) onto accounts prior to such payments reflecting on our statements, after which these uploaded proof of payments will act as "provisional payments" on customer accounts.
These "provisional payments" will allow for faster activations, faster prepaid and/or other service additions and so much more!

Pooky, I'm sure you'll agree, it's long overdue, but we're bringing it to the table and we're all about Smart made Simple, and this I believe accounts for a step in the right direction, a direction we're continuously heading toward!

Thanks for the reply! I only saw it well.

It's not a big issue about the support, I just have had it activated at most 10 minutes after proof of payment in the past, and so I was wondering why not this time.

Anyway, the people that contacted me were very nice indeed.
