Just wanted to publicly thank WebAfrica.
Our company has a domain resisted with Worldonline->Tiscally->Mweb and we had an ADSL Account and a top-up account. Yesterday all was fine, we survived the 1/11 disaster, or so I thought.
This morning no email and no web access.
The server was fine, The line was fine, authentication failed.
Contact Mweb, after 3 hours we discover that they have consolidated both 3G accounts into 1, un requested, 6G Account and that our login details have changed.
They gave us the new details, we reconfigured the server and guess what, authentication fails.
Phone them for the 6th time today, now 2PM and we need to send them a fax etc.. to have the password reset. Last time I did that it took them 4 days to change the password. We have already been down for the whole day.
So I call WebAfrica, within 5min, I have an account active and my server on-line.
I called Mweb back, and advised them to transfer our domain to WebAfrica.
After 10 years of their **** this is the last straw.
Thanks WebAfrica, our email is working and our domain and company account are about to be transfer. Expect a few of our clients as well.
These guys know what service is
Cheers
Chris
