So, I have been trying to get my "Free to use" router's money back from WebAfrica... Never in my life have I struggled this much with a company. The woman (I'm deliberately not saying lady) in the billing department is so arrogant and kept on interrupting me and raising her voice, telling me how I'm wrong and that all calls are being recorded.
They expect me to take their word for resolving and paying me back, but they are not willing to take my word (and parcel tracking number)
