To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to state that fro the past few years I have received nothing but good service from Webafrica. But last Thursday afternoon I ordered a line upgrade from 20/2mpbs to 50/50mpbs, after confirming that it will not take more than 24hrs. Contacted support again on Friday, still not upgraded. I contacted support again on Saturday, will confirm and call me on my cell at 18:00. No call no feedback. This all happens via their Whatsapp chat line, which queues and queues for at least 30 min. Tried again on Sunday, whole day - no agents available. I tried again on Monday/yesterday, got through, to have the line upgraded. Great its working.

Then not so great, line gets dropped at 20:45, no explanation and I cannot reach a support agent and when I do at 20:45, the agent just closes the session.

So, I started again this morning at 07:00, as that's what is stated on the support website, no reply from an agent as yet. Please Webafrica don't offer a service you cannot deliver. I work from home currently and if I don't get this fibre line active asap, I will be in serious trouble,as I might lose my livelihood.

I tried to phone their helpline, pabx automated voice message, no phone call contact, points you directly to the whatsapp chat bot. Guys please sort this bad service out!

It is now 07:37 - still no reply from a chat agent! Still waiting!

Experiencing same thing with WhatsApp.
Been billed double!

Kind of weird how we seemingly stuck with this level of service.
Some people been off since Friday at around 2/3. WA saying it vumatel and the other way around. Finally in Sunday they (WA) have a problem. Is this the norm for ISP providers?

Nope, just certain ones who have dismal support
