Anyone else experiencing slow international access off their webafrica accounts? Ping times in the mid to high 400's

You're so lucky, wish I could get such low pings! My local ping is already around 500

Do not use www.speedtest.net to test the latency. Rather use the ping command line utility to get your latency to a local webserver like www.telkom.com or www.aardvark.co.za.
As an alternative you can use www.pingtest.net too

Uh yeah. Tracert, ping etc. gives the same result

You're so lucky, wish I could get such low pings! My local ping is already around 500

This is definitely not the usual case as we offer some of the best accounts for gaming.

i am up from usual 400's to 900's....last night everything was still good. 400's is as good as it gets, better than the 500's i got from MWeb unshaped before. this latency is ingame wow
seems to be a problem atm, hope it will be sorted until tonight.
