WebAfrica SMTP error

I use WebAfrica's smtp server to send mail but Outlook keeps saying "unable to connect to outgoing server". Anybody else having a similair problem today?

I will investigate your query in more detail. Can you please PM me your client code and the smtp you are currently using and those that you have tried using that doesn't work.

Once resolved, I will notify you.

It gave me an error for about 30 mins, but seems to be working again.

Ironically. I am getting the exact same problem on Afrihost when trying to connect to my US based SMTP server. I switched accounts to my WA unshaped, and all my mail is going through now. But still not on the afrihost side
