How nice to see if you owe webafrica money , and you do a top up
they will bill you for the top up but will not approve it till you pay them
money owning

And we complain of Telkom !

You owe them money, I don't see whats so sneaky about it.
 
sounds like normal business to me...

if you buy something, and you haven't paid for it in full when payment is due, they won't just allow you to buy more

why would you expect any different?
 
I owe you R1000.

I then buy R50 of data from you.

Are you gonna give me the data? I doubt it. You will off-set that R50 against the R1000 I owe you. Its business sense.
 
This forum has created the monster.... people are so used to moaning about everything that they now moan without even thinking about what they are saying! :D
 
in some countries they break kneecaps for non-payment. i'de say u got off good ;)
 
I understand that I owe money and I have to pay..no problem there--
the problem is to charge me for something I am not using.

I owe WA money and I do a top--no top cause I owe money, but why charge me for top up...that is my gripe..
i am billed for a top up but the b/width is added to my account cause i owe money

Exactly. Credit (like your WA account) works like this generally: What you pay now, they use to clear your oldest debt.
