was that during the day on a Home account?
Their shaping is horrid during the day.
 
Is that an uncapped product? Yoh the shaping is more than Half of your speed.

Maybe you should consider getting another ISP or a bigger capped product
 
Also post your ADSL modem's statistics (such as line attenuations, SNR/noise margins & actual line speeds)...

Without the ADSL stats, the speed test results are irrelevant to be honest.

Their capped products are the same, they shape you into the ground during the day even though you've paid a premium over other ISP's capped products.

I've had speeds well below 1Mbps on my 10Mbps line during the day on a capped account with WA.

As soon as I switch to a different ISP I get full line speed.
