I love it how you get throttled, but speedtest.net never get's throttled.

I am on a 4mb uncapped account, and i have reached level 3 stars. during daytime nothing is faster than 40KB/s, even websites loads at that speed, but as soon as i load SpeedTest.net I get fill 4mb speeds.

Please apply the same throttling to speedtest.net so we can see how much we are throttled by.

You are not fooling anyone with this underhanded tactic

Thought I was the only one. Speed during the day is terrible although I'm nowhere near the throttling threshold !!

You are wrong, there are business uncapped accounts that provide that.

If you can only afford the cheapest accounts, don't expect stellar performance.

My mistake. I forgot about Business Uncapped options, but here I would stress that even with Business Uncapped, a "Professional" account would be a better choice.

Personally I use WA Business Capped for my downloads. My speeds only influenced by Telkom exchange.

I am not complaining about my speeds, i have more than one ISP, and more than one package.

My issue here, is that WebAfrica is trying deliberately not throttling speedtest.net as to make you think your speeds are fine.

webafrica have some problems atm,speeds are bad for the past week
youtube 500kbps-1.5mbps max when i try to use it,torrents is dead al always

but speed tests work

then again what ISP dont prioritize speed test


the only one who i ever saw did that was PLUGG ,that was sometime ago,

for the past few days i been useing my axxess business account ,torrents are a dream
streaming,it strange tho when i open a youtube vid it loads ****,refresh the page and max out till its dont buffering ,tryed that trick with WA ,no luck
