To be more exact their voice section. VOIP. You have to keep following up as they struggle to get back to you.
And not to mention if you dont follow up for a few days they just close tickets.

Would not recommend them at this stage.

Just logged the same call 15 times.

Got a reply from them. "There is a fault on the account and the issue will be fixed by COB".

Sent an email back and got a reply the ticket has been closed. Same as the ticket I logged previously.

I`m stuck with this ISP but you can make a better choice than me.

Same I just want to get away from Webafrica. After months of tickets being closed with no response, making me really frustrated.
COB came and went. Issue is still there. So when I`m going to respond to the ticket its closed.

Should have seen this coming. Each time I logged a ticket I had to follow up first before getting a response.
