Hi guys. I have been a client of WebAfrica since November 2006. Have never ask for assistance in forums 
How are we supposed to reach them? Everything is being done via WhatsApp. I spent 1h15min in a chat and my billing query could not be resolved.
Voice calls is just not working and is apparently inactive again. I understand the new website might still have some issues, but as customers, are we not allowed to make a simple voice call to resolve a billing issue? I might be mistaken but the create a ticket option is also unavailable.
I am old school and believe in a conversation to resolve a matter
