Anybody else had trouble phoning these guys?

I've tried on three different now calling them during the day and have had to wait 30-45 minutes for someone to answer and sometimes nobody ever does.

Some genius there disabled adding prepaid megs and we are almost out.

I've recommended WA to our MD but now am lookig like a twit for doing so.

Any suggestions appreciated
 
yes, "You are currently number 1 in the queue. It is estimated that your wait time will be less than 1 minute.", 5 minutes later, ....."everyone out to lunch, please leave a message"

Much better to fill out a support ticket, and let them call you.
 
Our phones are disgusting. We know. Connection Telecom has been busy implementing a new system for us for some time. They have a live box in testing this week.

We do apologise profusely for the frustration caused. It's unacceptable. Its going to be sorted shortly.
 
I've only had excellent service from WA. Every time I had a problem they sorted it out immediately and they could identify the problem without hesitation. :)
 
I only have good things to say about webafrica support, a few times i phoned after 10pm and my call was answerd in less than 2 mins . Webafrica FTW :):)
 
Never needed help, but i have only been with them for less than a week. One thing i live is there control panel :D
