How do you rate WebAfrica support?

I've requested a line upgrade on Saturday, which was processed, withfeedback to contact them again if it is not upgraded in 48 (Monday afternoon). I've contacted them again, but have had no response. The webchat also seems useless, as no one answers, and the chat session closes after 5min of them not answering
 
It advises me "All our Agents are currently busy. Please send an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.". I already have a support ticket, and I'm not getting a response on that as well.
 
Yeah, Web Africa support is terrible if you are in a hurry.

If you are not in a hurry then it's not bad. I wanted my line downgraded, it took a month and they billed me for the faster line. I logged a ticket that the line should be slower and they billed me incorrectly. They gave me discount for the month that the line speed should have been slower. I enjoyed the fast line for free :)

They usually respond a 24 hours to 48 hours after a ticket was logged.
 
It looks like they respond quickly if there is money in it, but slow if it just causes investigation?

It sometimes is a thing, based on my experience... Luckily my line was upgraded by the fairies with no feedback from WA, so I just closed the damn ticket already. :-D
