@WebAfrica Helper - don't know when you're returning to the forum as don't see any activity since the 29/12/2017. When you do, I'd like you to follow-up as to why a ticket I created also on the 28/12/2017 (but in the morning), has been totally ignored by your so-called "Support" department?
Reason for the ticket was prompted by the message I received when logging onto my WA profile, namely:
"Warning! We are unable to validate the address". I tried going through the steps, but your system failed to validate, so I sent a copy of my SA ID, and 2 FICA docs for approval.
When the ticket I created (the details of which I'll send by DM) received absolutely no response , I then e-mailed the details to both your Support and Sales addresses, and have subsequently had no response other than your automated ones which are just about meaningless.
As I realise it's been the end of one year transitioning into the start of another, I've waited until now to post, but would think that by the 5th Jan. there'd be some sort of feedback from someone. Well, now waiting for yours here on MyBB ...

Welcome to my world! I think the support person 'assisting' me is getting frustrated and confused even. Asked me what the problem is after a month of emails back and forth wtf! I also sent a DM to WebAfrica helper and.. No reply. Off to Twitter I go, seems to be the only way to get them to respond
