3 Months Ago, I heard that CELLC was going off the market with LTE, I was promised that I would get a package and remain with them, however as I pushed for answers the Lies become more and more, I have been such a good client that all I want to do is meet everyone half way, but they never answer your calls they close the whatsapp chats saying it has been resolved when no one has phoned back. 3 days ago, An agent agreed that a manager would phone me back and I'm still waiting. I am unemployed but yet my account was always up to date and I said I cant afford the courier fee back to JHB from Vanderbijlpark yet still no answers.

Any other ideas on how I can solve this matter.....

I'd suggest log a ticket, but that goes the way of your whatsapp chats. Just closing it.
 
Tried that, Tried Emailing, Tried Phoning only if I could get the CEO's email addy, then heads would roll
 
WebAfrica's service is awful, suggest you look for a new ISP if at all possible
