HI. This is my first post and I wanted to give a heads up, I hope that I haven't missed anything regarding protocol or giving someone a chance to respond but I am not happy, here it is:
I am being billed for an uncapped and a 200GB capped solution on my WA home ADSL account. I have only ever ordered the 200GB account. I received an email from Webafirca claiming that i was being changed to an uncapped account at 'NO additional cost to me at the same time that this Uncapped account was initiated however I was immediately billed for this and for my existing account. I have paid for this since unordered service since June 2018 and only discovered this last week. I estimate this to have cost me now R11500 without interest. I required a refund or a credit in full, I have cancelled the unwanted service as of today. WA claim to respond in 48 hours and I have no response 7 days later. As an IT professional I have recommended WA's services to countless people and am now personally and professionally embarrassed.
