Honest opinion time, every ISP is bad. You have to pick best from the worst.
Moved from WA as their service is probably the bottom of the bunch. Their support which plays a major choice in choosing an ISP is non existent. They have staff that can be replaced by just you submitting a ping test; a traceroute and screen shot of your fiber/adsl router. They will not have one dedicated agent assist you, they pass you around and hence have to start all over again with the same process. Infuriating really.
I am on Afrihost now, which has less issues. Haven't really had any issues to mention, except that one time where my cat knocked out the fiber cable and had to contact support, only to realize the cat pulled on it.
Stay away from WA. Mind you, with 5G available, could also be an option.
