Why is Webafrica's service so bad? Surely they should have enough call center agents to answer a simple question within a couple of minutes, not hours. We have been waiting for them to respond since 8 this morning. It makes me think that they only have 1 person working for them and that person is on a go-slow. All you get from the bot is "I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying..."
 
I put up with this for ages. My advice is just to get another ISP. Save yourself the stress. They've had this support problem for years with no sign that they're ever going to fix it.

I moved to Cool Ideas. Not only is their support response time more than acceptable, they actually notify me with an explanation when an outage happens in my area.
 
Their support is very slow. We only still use them because things very rarely go wrong and they're the cheapest.
