yesterday i bought a 30gb local only account for R130, somehow i was able to use the account internationally as well.

All of a sudden today i can only access local sites, did they fix the bug?

The very first time you connect with the account at the start of a new month you can access international sites. If you disconnect and reconnect a second time you can only access local sites.

does it happen every month? wat if i leave it connected an entire month, will it still work internationally?

It happens every month. In theory if you can maintain the connection during the entire month it will work internationally. I have yet to see an adsl line that is that stable though, especially with all the thunderstorms we have at this time of year.

haha true that, damn that kinda sucks tho, dont have much use for a local only account unless it works internationally as well. I bought the account last night after reading on a forum that it does work internationally, and it did at first, but now its like dead.

Yea, sometimes you can get international on a local-only account if you're lucky, but it gets cut off rather sooner than later. I don't think it would work even if you could stay connected the entire month.

Im lucky... i only get cut off international bandwith when i go passed 6 gigs

i can reset and reconnect router before 6 gigs and everything works fine
