Is anyone else having issues with their support?
I have a issue where after each month my adsl will become unusable, they blame it on exchange congestion. I contact my adsl line host, whom then take it up with telkom. They tell me it's fine. Good I can understand congestion, but why is any other ISP account I throw at it working? Funny how when I switch to any other ISP account it works.
In Feb I cancelled my account, one month notice but I couldn't use their internet. So they recreated my account. Come March guess what?
Still not cancelled, now I have to wait another two months to get away from their service.
I tried contacting their support, providing them with all the ticket numbers I have on record.
Its been 6 days and nothing resolved.
They don't care to respond. Why do I have to call them for service, after-all by calling i get screwed since I have nothing on record to show from my side.
