Weber Braaing

Purchased a new weber a couple months back and this was in the packaging.

Seems like a scoop or bucket of some sort.

How do I use it and what is it for?

If I remember correctly it is to scoop the ash from the bottom when cleaning it??

That groove/indent at the bottom is for your fingers to grip.. Thumb grips at the top??

For Catching Ash, but I use mine to pee in when I cannot leave the fire at a critical moment, it's kak when you are pissed trying to aim into that thing when you have guests...

So it goes underneath the bottom airvents? On top of the silver tray?
