I have a complaint and they refuse to give me the name and surname of the CEO who I want to speak to directly.

I have been told to email that email address but it is like Fort Knox trying to get any kind of information out of them and I refuse to speak to anyone else, other than the CEO.

If they told you to email that address for the CEO, then give it a try. You will more than likely get a call. They have always gotten back to me. I have never had any problems.

What was the issue you were having?

I've also found it frustrating when nobody can help me or cares and I really want to let the stakeholders of a company know what sort of crap service its employees are offering.
