Hi All

HAs anybody tried to get eny info out of Webonline. They are like Fort Nox when it come the giving or helping clients.

Please tel if you have ever have to deal with their support staff. They are very good at giving you nothing.
 
Well I clicked on their "contact us" thingy and sent them a mail, got a response back soon after with all the info on hardware, pricing, etc, that I required. I know someone who makes use of them and only has good things to say about their service, so maybe you just got a bit unlucky.
 
I didn't mean to get ugly, just trying to help my client. They were not willing to help me help my client.

Maybe it was because my client was moving from provider. Not sure.

Anyway, sorry didn't mean to get ugly.

The support is good. They will however not give you clients details, passwords etc, if you are not a listed contact for that client. It's only right.
