Website background effect

nodejs is an environment/language, while wordpress is an app/framework.

I think shopping is going to become more popular that bread :P

I think you missed the 'in popularity' part.

From Wikipedia:
WordPress was used by more than 23.3% of the top 10 million websites as of January 2015.[8] WordPress is the most popular blogging system in use on the Web,[9] at more than 60 million websites.[10]

I'm saying that I think Node.js is going to become more popular than that.

And I do think that shopping is more popular than bread. Not every time that you go to the shops do you think bread. but every time you go to the shops, you're shopping. :)

edit: I could have said that I think node will be used on 30% of all websites out there but that doesn't provide a reference. Saying node will be more popular that wordpress does.

I hear what your saying and it makes sense.

But until node becomes for supported in regards to hosting, I'm not sure if I have the confidence to persue it.

If I use my our company as an example.

I can write a nodejs site, but the company will never use it because all our VPS and dedicated serves are CentOS + WHM and Ubuntu severs

I must say we are going off topic hehe.

I'll create another thread for node soon as I am looking forward to pursuing it.

Side note.

Is bit bucket the same as github or does it use a different way/method

I like github A LOT but I need private repositories

Check out Gitlab.

Both use Git but I have absolutely no experience with Bit Bucket.

Yes, it is 'the same', and free for private repositories.

I've got all my stuff up on there and never had a problem.

Apparently the UI is a little different to github.
