#website# could not be found. Please check name and try again.

Hi

This is the message I get every time I try to go to a website, whether it be from a link, typing the site name in, etc. When I try it again I sometimes succeed and can go to the website, other times I click on a link upto five times, then I give up. Anyone has the same prob, can tell me why this happens.

I've been having the same experience recently. Methinx Telkrap's DNS facilities are falling over - changed to the IS ones and had a vastly improved experience...

Yip - me too.

didn't think to post here because I know how these things happen.
I've changed DNS settings and disconnected/reconnected - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I'm in Randburg/Blairgowrie.

I have noticed a minor deterioration in my 384 connection since I got it, it seems to take notably longer to do any DNS lookup before hooking up with a server, no matter what DNS servers I use.
