Website Idea/Advice/Brainstorming?

I have this domain -> SlowMotion.co.za

I wanted to sell it, but now maybe not. So I am looking to run a pet project or collaborate with someone.

I have no idea what to create with the domain.

My initial idea was to create a Youtube Aggregator for slow motion videos.

As well as user submitted content sort of like I wanted to be the SlowMotion version of FailArmy where people submit their slow motion videos to me.

Anyone interested?

(Business wise should we stumble onto something that makes money, lets slap on adwords split the revenue 50/50 regardless)

This idea I like, I won't mind doing this, although not sure I have the skills yet to write a bespoke system for this so I will be looking around for some "scripts"

This has potential I did it with software via FreeComputerSoftware.org ( domain is now no more ), the problem I discovered was that keeping all the documents up to date was too much trouble and I doubt government is going to send me an E-mail saying hey, hey sir we have updated our tax form, for example.

So my question here is, how often to these documents get updated?

Don't forget the traffic department.

Maybe turn it into a life hack type advice site for tips and tricks to be prepared before you go to these time traps.
