Website Timeouts

Whenever I try to visit these two websites on iBurst, they time out:
www.blackhatworld.com
www.godaddy.com (when I click on "My account")

Note that these websites load perfectly on anything that is not iBurst.
This has been going on for the past month or so. Please sort it out ASAP.
It is really annoying as I have to go through proxies to reach them.

BTW nevermind Godaddy; it a temporary timeout. Black Hat World, however, is still timing out.
