Website you can visit for free without data charge

Are there any websites that can be visited for free using ISP from this country without incurring data charges. I know 8.ta and Google were experimenting with a "Freezone" concept whereby anyone could surf Gmail, GoogleSearch and the first page of a search result for free. This trial seems to have been discontinued.
Is there anything that is similar, preferably on 8.ta as I have their mobile broadband. I know you could visit a couple of https website on CellC for free some time ago since I've left Cell C I dont know if this is still possible.

The only one I am aware off is if you are on MTN and using the Opera Mini browser.

I think you get like 50mb free Wikipedia browsing, but this is targeted more towards high school students
