Websites not loading

So, despite emailing iBurst regularly since the 5th of November, it appears your problems aren't resolved unless you complain publicly on this forum. I have been unable to browse the following websites for the last month, the pages take about 5 minutes to load: http://www.ccleaner.com/ and http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum. The problem seems to be my iBurst connection, as I can browse them fine through other connections, I can also browse them ok if I go through an anonymous proxy eg. http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html using my iBurst connection.

I tried to get Iburst to contact me a while back by logging a complaint on their website. Didn't get a response, so I logged a complaint once a day for 4 or 5 days. Still no response, so I logged a compliment to compliment them on the way they are ignoring me. Got a call first thing the next moring from a very angry lady. Problem was solved whithin 30 mins.

BTW the ccleaner loads fine here, the e-cigarette doesn't load at all(Maybe because I'm downloading and capped)

ccleaner took also 5 minutes to load, e-cigarette takes much longer.

mouse was quick on my side.

Don't bother emailing help desk, doing migration over the iBurst website and requesting an invoice/statement.

You get no reply/response. Their website is still broken, but buying bandwidth works fine.

Rather email Shaun directly with your Username, UTID no and your requests.

It takes awhile, but things get done.

I can't load those sites either. If I ping ccleaner.com, I just get request timed outs. If I ping the other 1 I get replies but still can't load the page, I am noticing the similar IP addresses though.

Other 1 - 72.52.252.206

You see, same day response now, Sean you took a day to respond when I emailed you directly and then you also said that the problem had been reported. I then had to email you 3 days later as nothing had happened, then a day later I get a response from a "Senior Contact Centre Agent ". That was a week ago and I was told the problem was re-logged and I would be updated as soon as there was feedback.

The issue was escalated as soon as you mailed us on the 16th when you returned from overseas.

We will get an answer from networks shortly I can assure you.
