Hi All

A few months ago I notice the above weed growing everywhere in my garden. First on my grass and moved into my garden beds. It's grows quite fast and spreads rapidly. I thought it would die out during winter but I can still find bunches around my grass. How can I get rid of this?

Roundup is for paving and will indiscriminately kill your grass/plants. Get a weed killer that's meant for lawns and do the gardens manually. Also use fertiliser regularly on the lawn to help it drive out weeds.

Thanks everyone will looks for something at builders. @B-1 I'm curious, how does fertilizer drive weeds out? I have some but thought if I put fertilizer the weeds will grow even more . I'll put some tomorrow now that I know this.

If you have a thick healthy lawn it outcompetes the weeds. You need to do both though, manage the weeds and feed the lawn.

For the flower beds it'll have to come out manually.

For the lawn get a selective broad leaf weed killer to spray, available anywhere. If you fertilise do it like a week before you spray so the weeds are growing fast and will absorb all the poison.

Had the same problem. Almost half my lawn is covered in that exact weed. I tried taking it out without using weed killers but it seems like that may be the only option now.

If you find something that works please post here. I'll do the same.
