ALEC HOGG: What I'd like to ask is we in the country have at the moment the two best 800-metre runners in the world, male and female, but we are 45th when it comes to competitiveness. How would the country get into the top 10? What does it take?

MARGARETA DRZENIEK HANOUZ: In order to get into the top 10, we see a number of weaknesses South Africa would really have to address, and to address them will take a long time. Most of all the situation in terms of health and primary education is somewhat worrying, South Africa being125th out of 123 [?] countries - this is an important aspect of course of well-being as well. Then we can also see that in some respects of the quality of education there are some weaknesses, so working further to improving the quality of education would be important as well. In this context, related to this, the flexibility of labour markets, efficiency and flexibility of labour markets actually, which means how easy or difficult is it to hire and fire employees is also an aspect that restrains business development in South Africa. I would highlight those aspect in particular.

ALEC HOGG: Explain that to us - when you talk about the flexibility of labour markets, what is a very flexible labour market, and how would South Africa be different?

MARGARETA DRZENIEK HANOUZ: A very flexible labour market is where it's not very expensive to lay off employees, basically, in order for the enterprise to be able to adapt to the necessary circumstances at any moment in time. The other aspect actually is that the wages can be determined by the employers relatively freely, as opposed to a centralised determination of wages. And also that the corporation's labour and employer relations are relatively frictionless, so they are free of conflict. And in those areas, actually - with the hiring and firing practices, flexibility of wage determination and corporation labour-employer relations - South Africa performs relatively weakly.

Although South Africa's overall ranking 45 over 133 countries and regions, which is the first all over Africa countries, by individual ranking, most of the results shown South Africa's ranking almost bottom all over the world. Such as Business costs of crime and violence (133), Organized crime (119), Reliability of police services (106), Cooperation in labor-employer relations (121), Flexibility of wage determination (123), Hiring and firing practices (125) , Pay and productivity (105) in three major pillars, "Institutions" (45) "Health and Primary education" (125) and Labour Market efficiency (90)

Is our government Fail?
OR
Once again it is RACIST?

COSATU Fail?
OR
Apartheid Fail?

Employers cannot fire inabilities workers in position?
OR
Employers ONLY abuse workers, any behaviours of firing a workers is WRONG?

Do we afford to implement NHI?
OR
We have nothing to lose?

I know many voters vote anc for the government, but I am really sure they don't know what they are doing. You know that as well, right?

if anc love his people, do you consider NOT to be in power again? You proved yourself you are inabilities to rule a country. Then let some other people do the job, ok?

Please show mercies to South African, thank you very much. God Bless YOU.
