Yes, looking to add a couple of kgs on, supplement brand names I should look at that are sold at Dischem? It was mentioned at work that I could also get steroids from a certain website, seems extreme but I want to be at least 15 kgs heavier. I am 69kg and over 50.

Start by elaborating why you want to gain weight?

Then what type of weight, fat, muscle, liquid?
