Oi might put on weight and do loads of damage to your health that's why I said healthy calories

@Cosmic_Nomad I had a quick look at your profile and saw the number 53, firstly before we continue, one is never too old to start making meaningful and enduring changes to your health. In fact, the older we get, the more we should focus on maintaining a healthy weight, as well as enough muscle mass to support our daily activities.

Now, in order for any of us to give you relevant info, a bit of info is needed.

Answer what you feel comfortable sharing.

Is that your age? 53?
What is your height?
What is your current weight?
Do you smoke cigarettes?
How active are you in a day? (On average, out of 10)

1 is tv + recliner every day
3 is walking the dog (or cat)
8 is gym 4 days a week
10 is construction job

Once we know this, we can start giving relevant and actionable advice.

Howzit,

Need some advice on putting on weight. What products from Dischem etc would I need to look at ? Any brand names would be a help before I actually go to the shop.

Would it be better to go the anabolic steroid road ? I have found a website that can deliver them.

Thanks for any help.

Just eat a pack of Simba patato chips every day. You will gain weight and then become fat.
