I have a question:

What kind of response do you expect on this? Humour me...Post an example of the type of response you think people might post in response to this thread OP.

Incorrect diet can also result in not gaining weight. Worth seeking advice from a clinical dietician to get the correct advice, I see one for health reasons every two months and wish I did this years ago. You can easily google balanced diet to get the information you need, no magic or sudo science.

Bathroom scales are the biggest enemy it does not give you the information you need: fat mass; muscle mass; water; etc. Someone can be healthy at 80kg but unhealthy at 70kg. You want to increase your muscle and water but stay off the fat. I eat normal everyday products I can buy from any supermarket (PnP, Shoprite, etc) and actually spend less on grocerries than I use to.

*Edit: I'm trying to loose weight but also need to make sure I don't loose it too fast (bad) or too much (also bad). I've focused on building up my muscle mass the last year with great success.

I've pretty much weighed 67 since my teens, stopped smoking the one time and went up to 82. It eventually dropped back to 67, plus I've completely stopped smoking now for a year without any change.

It's not that I don't eat a lot, more to do with exercise , something that I probably should do, but just couldn't care enough.
