Weight Loss Thread 2014

Thanx. I'm struggling with sleep. I need more but I'm so restless.
I know carbs makes you sleepy, probably my body getting used to not crashing on carbs?

I just deviated for the first time, about a kilo of ribs at Cubata.

Ribs are fine, I suspect though that the basting is full of sugar.

Two months in and my total is 28.1kg's off. I never thought I'd be this fit and healthy again to be very honest and the best part is - I love eating what I eat now. It's win win :)

This thread has played a massive part in it, so my hats off to all of you too for the virtual support through your stories and interesting information and stuffs :D

Amazing stuff M_H!
That kind of loss is almost unbelievable, and I'm sure you are feeling like a completely new person.

Congrats guys.

Don't know why but I am currently on a bit of a plateau at the moment. Not sure why.

Haven't lost anything in the past week. And I have religiously been cutting out all sugars and carbs. And of course having a good amount of fat.

Also do cardio exercises at least 5 times a week.

I do however see on my clothing that I have clearly lost some centimetres around the waste. Wife also says she can clearly notice some bulges are gone.

Morning. Lost 2kg in the Attack phase( Dukan Diet). ( the two I picked up after chocolate day which turned into chocolate week.... :D )

Mr Mila lost 2.5kgs.

:)

Thanks D3nz. I'm definitely experiencing that.

Lost almost 6kg in the first two weeks. Now almost nothing in the past two weeks.

Let's hope the Whoosh Fairy (as they call it at the link) visits soon. :)

73.4 today. It seems the ribs caused me to lose more weight if anything.

Great job everybody. I almost wish I had been bigger, so I could compete properly with some of you. :D
