Weight Loss Thread 2014

Note, I said a SMALL handful... Not try see how many you can cram in your hand! :-P
I also have problems with moderation - hence the reason I am on this thread in the first place! :-D
 
i count out 5 nuts as a snack and do that about 2 times a day max, but only if there is a need for it. A 100g bag of nuts can last pretty long.

Oh my word that would just make me hungry.....

I've been under my goal for a while now!
 
Week 10 of my journey and I've lost 8.5kg. My goal is 1kg a week. So far so good :)
 
week 2 - total lost is 5 kg.. been yo-yo-ing for a week now.. but holding strong (except for the binge drinking once a week)
 
How do you guys stay motivated to stick to your eating plans? I know its delicious and all but flip the sweeties just call me :( The cake too... Also the chocolate and muffins and cappuccino and instant pudding :cry:
