Rotisserie chicken pieces are pretty decent too, they have tons of fat on them and I find I stay full for a very long time when I eat them.

Just be careful, the marinade and basting might contain a lot of sugar.
 
Let us know how it goes, It's day two of mine, ate surprisingly less today...

Haven't had a chance to use it yet.. I've been mindful of mister's warnings, and the only chance I had to have some was before gym and before a meeting, so... Tomorrow it is.

lol I doubt you will have a problem starting with a teaspoon and working up. My happy place is 3 tablespoons.

I need to go out and buy some new work pants, mine are going to fall off soon...

I have the same problem... I added extra holes in my belt, but now my pants are all bunched up...
I am putting off buying pants for a while, at least until my weight loss settles down a bit.
