Weird ADSL issue

Hi there

I have this weird ADSL issue. We installed a new ADSL line in our new office and to test it we have a linksys router with nexusisp account. The weird issue is that I can't browse telkom.co.za or any other website with Telkom guest account or nexusisp account.

I checked the router and I'm getting an internet ip address and dns servers. but still can't browse websites etc etc. i can even ping the ip address from home.

Telkom was at premises and tested with his router and it was working fine. Also being 2KM from exchange can that affect my line quality Cause I can only get to round about 2mb/s
 
Assumption being the mother... the line was activated by Telkom as well right?
 
yes. Was activated by Telkom. But explain me what you mean by activated by Telkom?
 
Did you do a factory reset on the router? Can you tracert & ping eg. google from that line?
 
can't ping google or any website. Maybe I will try a factory reset on the modem tomorrow
 
So I did a factory reset on my router and I can browse. the only issue now is for telkom to get my line from 3mb/s to at least 4mb/s
