I am trying to connect to http://www.printrunner.com but I keep on being directed to http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Other people dont have this problem, hence my suspicion its DNS.

I have tried through Openweb SAIX, Webafrica SAIX and Vodacom 3G and it all does the same. The only way I can get to the website is if I surf via http://www.the-cloak.com

Anybody seen this before, or anything else I can try. I even tried entering the actual IP of printrunner (65.123.243.6) but I still get re-directed to this IC3 website.

I even changed my DNS to OpenDNS 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 but still doesnt work.

This seems to only happen with this website everything else is working perfectly.

I am very confused with this.

Please help if you can!

Thanks.

The ic3 and printrunner sites are both being Vhosted on the same machine and the same IP for that matter [please see here for further explanation on this]

This does not explain why you would not able to access the printrunner site, So i'm guessing that they are catering primarily for a US market so they might be filtering out any unwanted traffic...

Your machine still manages for resolve an IP for the site, but the server is restricting access to a soecific VHOST that IP - so it just serves you the next best site available for the requested IP...

Hope that helps.
