Delicious. I cook corned tongue/beef at least once a month in my pressure cooker. Majority of my friends/family won't touch it. When I was a laaaitie, my grandfather would bring back whale meat from Norway every couple of years. If I had to describe the flavour, it tastes like fishy ostrich steak.
