Weird Network (WAN) traffic - Windows 8

I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this.

I recently noticed that Windows was automatically connecting to these IP addresses

41.181.158.83
41.181.158.73

proc mon reports that it's the svchost.exe and DUMeter is reporting the explorer.exe process as the culprit.

I've done a full scan with windows defender, and apparently there are no viruses/etc.

Windows Update is not running, neither are any app store updates.

Any ideas?

win-Key + R (Run)
Type in "msconfig"
Select "Services"
Take tick out of "Background Intelligent Transfer Services"
Click ok and restart
