Weird problem, please assist

Hello Guys

Our Line speed according to telkom and telkom online app is syncing at 10mb on thier side
but on our modem its syncing at 4mb.

They have done a port reset twice and its still 4mb on our modem.

What could the issue be.

4Mb uncapped data account? Could be wrong.
 
It might be synching but have Telkom done the change on your account wrt line speed.

Had same problem till they fixed their side.
