Weird problem with ADSL?

Hi can anyone see if they can access:

http://www.up.ac.za
and
http://www.ais.up.ac.za

I can't seem to access either from my ADSL account (both SAIX and IS) but my friend using MTN 3g seems to be able to access it just fine!?

I've tried using Vodacom 3G also but get Gateway timeout, ADSL doesn't even connect.

Just wanted to be sure it's not something on my end. Probably the UP website, their track record is pathetic, that website has more downtime than uptime.
