Weird problems

I have had a few problems with my line the past few days, Openweb couldn't help, they said it's a Telkom fault and we all know that is not going anywhere.. So here goes, Telkom has reset my port a few times, lowered and raised my line speed (10mbps) etc etc etc. So now the download speed seems fine, but my upload speed is non-existant (when I can actually complete an upload test). What could cause upload problems on my PC (only through ethernet on one pc, since when plugged into another pc it is fine and it seems like it is fine when connecting with a wireless dongle on either pc)? The download speed on the ethernet port experiencing the difficulties seems fine so I have my doubts that the port would be faulty? The drivers have been rolled back, uninstalled reinstalled the works. Any suggestions as I hate using wireless?
