Hi Guys
Yesterday we had an incident where a RDS session using the Administrator account would not "transmit" or react to mouse clicks.
The cursor was fully active but the interface would not react to mouse clicks. Keyboard input was not affected.
The mouse connected locally to the server was also totally unresponsive.
Logging in with another RDS account showed none of the above mentioned sypmtoms and a reboot of the server sorted things out.
Can anybody tell me what the hell happened?
