Weird SMS

I received an SMS which states 'MTN statement summary instructions' and has a video after.

Normally when MTN sends any SMS, it has MTN as the sender. This has a number. Anyone else received this sms? Didn't open the video as I don't trust the SMS.

It is not an SMS, but an MMS.

I get one every month. Never download them , as I am using Afrihost as my APN..
